METHOD OF PAYMENT
Namos Dajković CO enables its customers loans of up to 36 months over the banks NLB and Podgorička - PAYMENT BY CREDIT WITHOUT GOING TO BANK. In showroom can be payed with credit cards: VISA, MAESTRO and MASTER.
COMPANY REGULATIONS
1.Showroom undertakes free transportation and assembly of goods, but NOT AND BRINGING in buyer apartment. For nonfitting items in the consumers housing showroom is not responsible.
2.The seller is obliged to under the terms of this agreement to order and sell the item to the buyer, in all the specification that is an integral part of the contract.
3.For the commissioned goods the buyer is obliged to pay advance minimum of 50% of the value of goods ordered on the day of signing the contract, after which began flowing from the terms of article 4. The remaining 50% paid by the advent of goods in the warehouse.
4.Deadline for arrival of goods in the warehouse retailer is central to the day, except that in the event of unforeseen circumstances interfere with the transport, weather disasters, the retention of customs terminal, this deadline may be extended for another 7 days
5.In the case of exceeding the delivery time from article 4 contract, the buyer reserves the right to a refund of advance payment to the legal penalty interest, or an extra 10% discount, or offer a substitute for another item with an appropriate discount from the "Namos Dajković Company".
